• July 31: Deadline for taking the Language Placement Exam (Note: Students beginning at the English Language Center do not need to take the Language Placement Exam.)

• Each year DU allocates more than $375,000 in student research grants at the undergraduate level.
• 70% of our students study abroad, ranking us 3rd in the nation.
• 78% of our students contribute a collective 540,000 hours of volunteer service annually, and DU has earned a national spot on the President’s Higher Education Community Service Honor Roll.
• 65% of our students complete an internship during their time at DU.
